Return Policy

All Only Pure H₂O's products can be returned in good condition in it's original packaging for a period of 30 days from the original sale.  Any shipping and handling paid will not be refunded.  ^New- Any and all returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number which may be obtained through the phone number or e-mail on this contact page.

All sales transacted through this website are made over a secure connection and all information gathered from you the consumer is kept in strict confidence and is not shared with any third parties except that amount of information needed for shipping by UPS.

Limited Warranty  

Only Pure H₂O warrants that all Only Pure H₂O filters are free from defects for a period of one year from the original date of purchase shown on the packing slip or store receipt.  Within that time, if any defect is detected, the defective part or filter can be returned at your expense for repair or replacement.  The warranty is void if the failure of the Aquaripure filter is due to the intentional misuse or abuse of the filter or the failure to follow the instructions provided.

Disclaimer: Due to the nature of water filters, Aquaripure, LLC cannot be held liable for any consequential or incidental damages including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, lost wages or savings, etc. due to the improper use or installation of the filter.
